If you already have an e-mail address that you would like to receive all your e-mails on, such as AOL or CompuServe, we can arrange to have all your domain e-mails or just single mail addresses forwarded to that address.

Going on holiday? Out of the office? Let us know and we can place an auto-responder on your mailbox so that anyone who sends you an e-mail will automatically receive a reply stating that you are on holiday or out of the office.

Virus Scanning

Isle IT are able to provide industry-leading virus scanning for e-mail messages using our own in-house technology.

A virus can spread via e-mail messages extremely quickly. In May 2000, a virus called "Loveletter" spread to thousands of users world-wide in a matter of hours.

Isle IT offer automatic virus scanning of all e-mail messages sent to websites hosted on our system. The scanning is done at the network gateway level and is seamless to users. If a user should receive a message containing a virus, they are simply sent a generic notification and the message is placed in a quarantine area for inspection later.

Our system automatically updates in real-time with the latest virus definitions supplied my multiple virus scanning vendors.

The service is supplied at excellent value for money and once installed on a domain name, all messages sent to that domain are protected. For example, if you purchase virus scanning on myname.com then any e-mail address @myname.com will be protected, e.g.: John@myname.com or Alex@myname.com.
